Vegetable Cutlet Recipe in Hindi by Cooking with Smita – Healthy Cutlet | कटलेट रेसिपी

Simple, Easy, Delicious and Healthy Vegetable Cutlet Recipe made with mix vegetables as main ingredient. It can be shallow fried (as I did in this video recipe), deep fried or baked to suit one’s taste.

Ingredients :-

3 cup boiled mashed Potato
1 & 1/2 cup Chopped Mix Vegetables
(Carrot, French Beans, Green Peas, Capsicum & Cauliflower)
1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger finely Chopped
1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Fresh Coriander chopped
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
