    A recepie I love is chicken breast, green beans, potatoes. Cover with Italian dressing. Either cook at 375 for 1 hr or I put in the crick pot on high for 6 hours. Healthy and delicious

  10. Do you usually use your prepped meals as lunches or for dinner? I try to meal prep at home but it's tricky sometimes with a husband and kids to feed! Everything looked great, even the nasty meatballs.. haha! Great video!

    Also for those who don't like their food to touch because they're a little crazy like me (or if you wanted to add things like fruit that might not necessarily go with the prepped food), that brand of meal prep boxes also come bento-style with little sections! The ones I just bought have one large section and two smaller sections but I believe they also have ones with two sections and four sections 🙂

  15. Great Video Britney! I plan on making all of these vegetarian, they're great inspiration! And can be easily modified using chickpeas or tofu. If you're looking for a veggie meatball that doesn't taste like crap I highly recommend the ones from Trader Joes or the ones from Gardein.

    What about what you eat in the mornings..? That's were I have trouble cause I hardly eat breakfast.. it's always either brunch or late lunch. ? Can you help with ideas for that. Loved these BTW ? Thanks for the video! Hope to see more like these ? & also ideas for the kids meals.
