A delicious and filling breakfast bar recipe, packed full of healthy ingredients such as quinoa, oats, bananas and strawberries. These bars make the perfect nutritious start to the day for the whole family and are a great grab and go breakfast!

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 medium eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100g (3/4 cup) cooked quinoa
150g (1 1/2 cups) rolled oats
30g (1/4 cup) raisins
100g (1 cup) chopped fresh strawberries

    Could you use something else to substitute the quinoa? I'd love to make these tomorrow but I don't have quinoa, can I add In more oats instead? I have Cous Cous, would that work? Thanks!! X

    Yum! I love quinoa and always have this stuff st home. Will be perfect for a healthy after school snack too as I really struggle with what to give the boys as they want a "treat". Will give it s go though I'm such a terribke baker! Ha ha! Will tel you how I get on xxxxx 😘😘😘
