Easy Cheese Souffle Recipe



This cheese soufflé is really easy to make. Honest! My cheese souffle recipe produces soufflés that are light as air, very cheesy, and a bit eggy. Cheese souffle is a seriously luxurious starter or light lunch.

Soufflés terrify most cooks and even some professional chefs, but the thing to remember about making a soufflé is – when the soufflé has risen, it WILL collapse. There’s nothing you can do to stop it, so don’t worry about it. Just get it in front of your guests as quickly as you can.

    Well, now I know what Sunday dinner will be. So easy. A pair of tongs with a couple of rubber bands on each side make getting them out of the hot water super easy and safe.

  19. There you Go. sufflee good wife happy, life is good. By the way try Beaufort cheese next time. You'll love it. That's how they do hear in the north of France. It will also go well with the crackers.
    Gives you sort of a punch that cheddar all thow in my opinion a great cheese, is missing.
