Ingredients:-
250 gms. Chicken thigh
1 onion, roughly chopped
2-4 Cloves of garlic
½ cup yoghurt
3 tbsp. Oil
2 tbsp. Tomato paste
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Dried oregano
Salt to taste

Method:-
– Grind the onion and squeeze out the juices using a muslin cloth.
– Add oregano, paprika, tomato puree, yoghurt, salt to this and stir followed by chicken thigh and marinate overnight.
– Skewer the marinated chicken and drizzle olive oil on top.
– Grill these chicken kebabs until cooked.
– Serve by squeezing lemon juice.

Mouth-watering and delicious Turkish Chicken Kebabs are ready to eat!

    I suggest you don't marinade chicken breast overnight unless you like the almost powdery texture you get. The marinade pretty much "cooks" the breast.

  15. There is no tomato sauce and yogurt in the marinate of Turkish style chicken kabab.
    Instead there is lemon juice.
    Also, oregano is used at the time of serving. You pointed that cayenne is not in the standard recipe, but it was your choice. I think you should distinguish making a kabab for your self and teaching others how to make Turkish style chicken kabab.
    The chicken pieces are cut in bigger sizes.
    What you did reminds me a Indian style tandoori chicken in the oven.
