1½ teaspoons sesame oil, divided
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water)

2 tablespoons agave syrup
1½ teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

  19. TheBala1999 says:

I think the main problem with a lot of vegan food is trying to mimic meat and dairy. I think the best vegan dishes are those that make the vegetables or what not the star of the show. In that sense, Indians make amazing vegetarian and vegan dishes ( tbh they make up for it with lots of spices)

I'm not vegan, nor vegetarian (yet? Idk) and I enjoy those vegan videos so much, they've really helped me reduce the amount of animal products i consume. I was never a big fan of most types of meat and don't really like eating it but now, in addition to that, I hardly eat eggs or most milk products anymore. Please never stop making them! #fortheenvironment
