    I don't have any flax seeds or coconut oil, I know you said we can use butter, but do I have to may any adjustments for the missing flax seeds, like more oats? Thanks for your wonderful recipes.

    I love your recipes, but sugar gives me migraines ๐Ÿ™ so honey, maple syrup, the fruit, chocolate chips ( which I love n miss) any idea for substitutes that I could try that doesn't require adjusting half the recipe or even a different recipe for sugar sensitive ppl?

  23. Hi Dani! Wow these cookies look delicious! I love pumpkin and was recently reading about how good it is for you. I cannot wait to go and make these cookies! Thank you for always coming up with great recipes that are easy to make. I think I'll probably try all the combinations with butternut squash and sweet potatoes also.   27. These look yummy but I'm wondering if we could switch out coconut oil for a healthier oil like sun or safflower oil and use agave nectar instead of maple syrup. There is controversy over the benefits of coconut oil so I prefer not to use it. I try to stay away from butter as well but I do use it in baked good. I don't make baked good very often so I feel like including butter during those times isn't a problem. I'm not vegan so I guess vegans might want to consider using 0 trans fat vegetable shortening over coconut oil but I'm not sure about that.
