You're truly a beautiful inspiration and I always look forward to seeing each of your videos and what amazing creations you'll come up with each time! I have a question and it is: Is the white wings brand available in the USA? I've never seen this brand and it's somewhat rare to find cake mixes with the frosting included. If it's not available in the USA can it be purchased online? I would absolutely love to create all 10 of these recipes they look amazing!

Honestly, I've never understood the point of putting frosting on cinnamon rolls, but that's probably just the culture difference here. Cinnamon rolls are basically the same thing as Finnish thing called "korvapuusti" (meaning, I don't know if there's any difference at all and if there is some difference it's very small), except for some reason in every recipe for cinnamon rolls that I've ever seen puts frosting on top of the thing. Kinda weird, but well, what does it matter? The important thing is that it tastes good!

Nice video! I will be trying out some of these recipes for sure. Speaking of cake mix recipes, this is a favourite of mine. Apricot or Apple sourcream slice. It has a sweet and tangy top with a golden and slightly caramel bottom. The recipe quanities are a little rough sorry!

    Apricot or Apple Sourcream Slice

A packet of white or butter cake mix
    1 cup Sour cream
A large tin of pie apple or apricot (soft cooked fruit)
    Approx 120g butter
    Cinnamon (to taste)
A few tbsps of desiccated coconut (optional)

Preheat oven 180C (350F). Mix butter, cake mix and coconut together.
Press into prepared slice tin/tray. Bake until golden and then set aside and cool.
Mix the apricot or apple with the cinnamon and then gently fold in the sourcream.
Spread over the cake, taking care not to overstir the sourcream mixture.
Place tray/tin back into oven and cook for another 15 mins or so.
    When cooled, cut into slices.

Looking forward to your next video! πŸ™‚

  20. Great job Ann! These ideas are really helpful for bakers-in-training and beginners. They are both easy and stunning at the same. The campfire cake though was quite practical. I love it Ann.
