Roast semolina and keep aside .
Heat ghee and oil ..
To that add mustard seeds and urad dal..
Then add cashew d raisins ..
Then add ginger, green chilli and onion and saute till translucent ..
Now add turmeric powder and saute till raw smell goes ..
Add hot water and salt ,boil well..
Now add rava and mix evenly and close for 2 minutes in low flame by closing the kadai ..
Switch off the gas ..
Then open and mix well and again close and keep for 2 more minutes ..
So ur tasty easy Rava kichadi is ready to serve ..
Serve with pickle and Coconut Chutney ..
