KETO: Christmas Day Dinner Recipes!

Hey Folks!

It has finally arrived, the 12th day of Vlogmas! In this video, I show you how I made my Christmas dinner and how to make baked cabbage and southern green beans. I know this was uploaded late, but I wanted to go all out for Day 12 of Vlogmas, so it took more time to edit than my other videos.

I hope you enjoy and I will see you guys BEFORE the New Year!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

That was a lot of fun to watch. I love your table decoration and place setting. Beautiful.

Bacon grease really adds wonderful flavor to food. I’m from the South too, and we always cooked with bacon fat.

Saturated fat like bacon fat and butter, (contrary to what we’ve been told), are actually good for us. We need cholesterol for brain function
and nerve function and hormones. Saturated fat is safe with a keto diet. The cholesterol does not become plaque that sticks to the walls of the arteries, because there is no inflammation, (that is caused by sugar, causing damage to the arterial walls).

A very nice video. Congratulations on your successful weight loss too.πŸ˜ŠπŸ’–πŸŽ„

Looks really good Ally. Merry Christmas!

  9. Ok, pewter… real pewter is actually not safe for food plates. It contains lead. So, best to use it as a charger

  10. Nice feast, at least there wasn’t a lot of starches like we typically see on holiday tables. Loved your skirt & necklace. TFS πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™

  18. Haha I’m not sure I could ever be a minimalist. I was yelling more color on the centerpiece. But the table looked beautiful when finished.

A beautiful festive meal, Allie, and I love your table decor too, and your plates! Also, I love those old tried and true Revere Ware, pots and pans. That must be your mom's? They're all I use and I love them!! Just what my Mom used too!! Happy Holidays to you!!
