    Thank you so much for all the work that went into this episode. For the last recipe, salmon burgers, I don't like salmon but do like it in a can and I don't like capers. What would you suggest to make this without those two ingredients. Do those kale chips stay crunchy? I have never made them

  15. I can't wait to try these! I already made one of your recipes (the shirataki noodles one), it was my 2nd time trying Konjac noodles and they were actually really really good. I remember the first time I hated them because I didn't know you have to dry them in a pan.

  22. I will reiterate…these ARE some of the best meal prep videos on YouTube (not just self-proclaimed). Variety and simplicity…and most importantly…delicious!! I've done about 10 of these, and multiple people have eaten the results. Everybody loves the food, and I have not had one person dislike a single recipe!!
