5 Ingredient Smoothie Recipes:

-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1 TBSP natural peanut butter (I like ones with a sea salt)
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 medium carrot peeled and chopped
-1 cup frozen mango chunks
-1/4 lemon juiced
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/4 english cucumber chopped
-1 cup kale chopped
-1/4 cup cilantro (small handful)
-1 cup filtered water

-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 small steamed or raw beetroot chopped
-1 swiss chard leaf with stem
-1 cup frozen mixed berries
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/2 frozen ripe avocado
-1/4 cup fresh mint (small handful)
-1 TBSP coconut chips (can use carob or cacao chips)
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

  20. I always hate the first 10 secs of your videos, they are not funny and has no meaning. Infact they are intimidating. However the smoothie recipes are excellent . I am excited to try them
