    Love these type of videos. I'm always struggling to find variety/ different ways to serve fruits, veggies, and grains. Like "bean marinara stew" things lol. Lentil curries, pasta dishes, rice/barley based meals. Wraps, soups etc. After this for me it gets a little bit more junky kinda- mock meats etc. I need to get bk into smoothies and salads for dem greens lol. Bfests are easy though- loaded oats(nvr seen them done with sweet potato though), ago on toast with a fruit pot, or like tofu scramble or soup. Anyways love the video keep da fresh contents coming 🙂

  18. just finished making the barley delicious and i added onions!!! ummmm its so delicious! i am eating it right now! i had all the ingredients in my house already excpet the barley which was 1.99 for 26 oz at price right!
