    The falafel look lovely but unfortunately for the 1 in 3 people who suffer from fructose malabsorption they are deadly. FYI Most of the 1 in 3 don't know they have FODMAP issues. You are lucky to be able to eat all those delicious ingredients that cause people like me immense pain and discomfort.

  6. Not sure if you already know, but coriander and cilantro are the same thing 🙂 I'll be trying these recipes ASAP minus all the coriander as im allergic – i hope it will still taste as good as yours looks x

  16. Hi! I have a question that I’m concerned with and was wondering if you’ve experienced this. I’ve heard in some cases of women going vegan that they will lose there period. I started my vegan journey at the end of dec, after Xmas, and mine should have come already and now it’s almost the end of January and no period, and no I’m not pregnant, for anyone else who may respond. Haha I was wondering if you experienced this or knew someone and had any info on this? Ive been asking all my vegan YouTube girls to see if they’ve experienced this and info so any help appreciated. Thanks!

  22. Tried the falafel last night with my husband. I didn't have any greens except leftover roasted brussel sprouts and broccoli so I subbed that in. It was amazing and so easy! They're perfect for take to work lunches.
