    Each tablespoon of olive oil is clocking in at 120 kcal each. I'd just use a teaspoon of it, which is about 40 kcal and throw in a bit more of everything else to make it more filling 🙂

    Wow! This is totally something I would eat! Love it 😍 I usually make similar pasta dusted but I grill my veggies on the indoor George Foreman and toss them with a red or green pesto and short cut pasta.
