Cornbread Dinner Recipe:
1lb Ground Beef
1 Can Wolf Brand Chili (or other brand)
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
1 Can Ranch Style Beans (or chili beans)
1 Can Cream Style Corn
Cheddar Cheese Slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the meat and add in the chili, tomatoes, and beans. Mix together.
Mix the cornbread mixture using half of the mix suggested on the package directions. Add in the can of cream style corn.
In a deep baking dish, pour the meat mixture first and then top with the cheese slices. Pour cornbread mixture on top. Bake around 35-45 minutes until done.
