  1. BREAKFAST LASAGNA

    Serves- 2-3
    Ingredients-
    To Make Cheela:
    1 cup besan (gram flour)
    1 medium sized onion, chopped
    1 medium size tomato, chopped
    2-3 green chillies, chopped
    Few Coriander leaves, chopped
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    Salt as per taste
    Oil for frying
    1 1/2 cup water

    Method-
    Put the besan in a bowl.
    Add tomato and onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves
    and salt. Mix well.
    Add water as required and make a batter.
    Heat a pan. Once hot, add a teaspoon of oil.
    When the oil is hot, pour in one spoonful of batter and spread it out like an omelette.
    Fry until it's golden in colour and you start seeing bubbles on the top.
    Slowly flip it and fry the other side.
    Remove it from the pan and keep it aside.

    To Make Creamy Sauce:
    1 Tbsp Butter
    1 Tbsp maida
    200 Ml Water
    200 Ml Mother Dairy Fresh Delights Cream
    1/4 th cup grated processed cheese
    ½ Tsp Chilly powder
    ½ Tsp Garam Masala
    3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
    ½ tsp Salt

    Method-
    Heat a pan and add room temperature butter then add maida, slightly fry it for a minute till
    the aroma comes and then add the fresh cream and water, give it a good whisk on medium flame.
    Then once its mixed nicely add the cheese and chilly powder, garam masala, salt and tomato
    sauce and mix it well.
    Lastly, take the fried cheelas and assemble in a bowl, first layer would be cheela then pan
    tossed bell peppers add the cream sauce, then again cheela and add repeat the process.
    Garnish it with pan tossed bell peppers and onions to go on top.
