3 HEALTHY VEGAN DESSERT RECIPES!

The Best Black Bean Brownies-
1 can black beans rinsed
3 tbsp Nuttzo Power Fuel Crunchy
⅔ cup cacao powder
1 flax egg(1 tbsp ground flax +3 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
¾ cup coconut sugar
½ cup maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
non-dairy chocolate chips- don’t blend these!
Preheat oven to 350 and line or grease a brownie pan. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and smooth out. Bake for around 30 minutes depending on your oven. ENJOY!! Best served warm with or without vegan vanilla ice-cream 🙂
Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies:
1 cup quick cooking oats
½ cup Nuttzo Peanut Pro
¼ cup pure organic maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients until uniform. Roll mixture into balls and press down with a fork onto a lined baking sheet. Cook for around 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool on the baking pan and then enjoy! Best served slightly warm with a big dollop of extra peanut butter on top!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream-
3 frozen bananas
3 tbsp cacao powder(or cocoa)
3 tbsp Nuttzo Organic Peanut Power
In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients until super creamy(this should take a couple minutes). Once done, either enjoy like a soft serve, or freeze overnight and scoop out. Optional- put more peanut butter and chocolate chips on top once blended!
