  3. Girl, I really love you, but remember you have to nourish your soul too, not just your body. You cannot eat just "clean" things all the time, sometimes it's okay to eat sugar or butter or things like that. "Health" is not just about salads and veggies and 40 gr of chicken, is also about balance so go eat something good for your smile too and do not eat just "because it's healthy fats" or "because it contains this and that". Food is a joy, not just fuel.
