    ok but if you actually want it to be low calorie and healthy, do avoid:
    pesto
    avocado
    granola
    chicken thigh. (it's the fatty part. Breast is better)
    peanut butter

  9. the shrimp dish.. has like 700kcal worth of oil alone .. shocking. how is this low cal..if you just grilled the asparagus and pan fried the shrimp with 1teaspoon of oil..would have been near to nothing.

  11. That is like, 800 calories per day if you ate one portion of each meal. What the hell? I'm a model, I literally weight 52 kg (being 6ft, that's quite a low weight), and even I would starve on that. Never eat less than 1200 calories a day, people, you are really putting yourselves at risk.

  12. In order to eat 1860 calories a day you would have to have both breakfast options (smoothie and two egg cups)
    Both lunch options
    Both dinner options
    And all four snacks.
    If you ate the smoothie for breakfast, pesto chicken for lunch, and sesame chicken for dinner, and had the 3 highest calorie snacks (apple dippers, quinoa bowl, and 1 energy ball)
    You would be at 1,048 calories. It’s absolutely unhealthy to eat less than 1,000 calories a day and can contribute to eating disorders.
    If these calorie counts are accurate, tasty, you should consider modifying recipes by looking big picture.
