    Steak rape.

Too many chefs do not get it. Steak is steak flavored. If I have a hamburger, then adding novel flavors is desirable. If I have a nice cut of steak like this choice bone in ribeye, I will literally scrape the crap off it (maybe eat it with the asparagus). But a prime cut. An aged cut. This is exactly like using a fine wine to make sangria.
