    Lovely Lady but she recommends milk for healthy bones? When the opposite is true Dairy weakens bones.

    I just don't like the Indian flavorings of cardamom, ginger with savory foods, or turmeric. I fill gelatin capsules with the turmeric to take that way. Turmeric is great help for inflammation. Dairy products are common inflammation triggers.
