Red Cabbage and Grapes salad | Refreshing salad recipes for dinner| Plant-based tasty salad
How-to make a refreshing summer salad with red cabbage and grapes and many more plant based ingredients. A tasty treat for vegetarians and vegans and others cant resist it too! Fibrous and loads of vitamins and minerals. Good for weight loss. Contains good fats as i have added seeds instead of adding oils but you can avoid seeds if cutting down on fats completely.
2 cups/ 140 gms Red Cabbage
1 cup carrots
1 cup grapes
1 cup boiled corns
1/2 cup raw millets
1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp vinegar
2 tsp honey/maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Boil the corns and millets separately and keep them ready wth you.
Now take all the ingredients of salad in a bowl.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all its ingredients in a separate bowl. Stir it well and add it to the salad bowl.
Mix everything nicely and its ready to eat.
