Ingredients for Spinach Omelette:
Eggs – 4 large;
Spinach – chopped, 2 cups;
Onions – finely chopped, ¾ cup;
Seasoning – salt and black pepper powder (as per taste), crushed fennel seeds (optional) – ½ tsp;
Garlic – 3 large cloves, finely chopped;
Coriander leaves – finely chopped, ¼ cup;
Milk/water – ¼ cup (or 1 tbsp cooking oil/cream);
Cooking oil – 2-3 tbsp.
