    I'd some sweet potatoes and didn't know what to do with them. Then I saw your recipe and I literally went right away and tried it. It turned out pretty good. Btw i used normal sweet potatoe.

    I made the hokkaido potato mochi last week and I really loved it ^^
    Btw, how long can I keep nori sheets? as I don't use them very often they become softer and darker. I tried them like that and nothing wrong happened, but I'm not sure if I should use them after some time

    I was like "oh I should try this out it's very easy!" Then I noticed they are sweet potatoes and these aren't on my country, I can't make any recipe with them, I only have the common potatoes 🙁
